ORIGINAL ARTWORK – DELIVERY:
When will my artwork commission arrive?
Commissioned original artwork will generally be dispatched within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the time of year and the number of commissions in hand at the time of placing your order. I will contact you (usually by email) when the artwork is completed and ready to ship. Once ready to post, paintings are posted with next day delivery.
How will my commission be sent?
Your artwork order will be carefully packaged and sent by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm delivery and will require a signature. If you are not at home the postman will leave a card through the door letting you know you have a package.
How much does delivery cost?
Name paintings are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit and postage for a name is charged at £15.95 per painting for delivery within the UK.
Initial paintings are charged at £9.95 for delivery within the UK.
Overseas postage can be arranged.
Can paintings be delivered outside the UK?
Yes, many paintings have already been supplied and posted overseas. If you would like to have a painting delivered outside the UK please contact me for an overseas postage estimate. The postage costs for overseas commissions are charged on a weight basis. The postage cost will be charged along with the balancing payment when the painting is ready to ship.
Can I return my painting if I am not happy?
I endeavour to get everything to you in tip top condition but sometimes things can go wrong, in which case I will try and rectify it as quickly as possible.
The Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day delivery carriage means that the artwork is insured against loss or damage in transit. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged in transit please contact me by email within 3 days to let me know. In the case of damage in transit, please keep all packaging in case I need to pursue a claim with the carrier and take photographs of the outside and inside of the damaged packing so that this can be provided to Royal Mail. Without this a claim for damage may be prolonged and Royal Mail may refuse to reimburse for the damage.
If you change your mind: I regret that I am not able to offer refunds on name or initial paintings that have been supplied correctly, as they have been created specially for you.
